Tutor matching is now available for children in 3rd grade +.
NSP will match students with tutors according to special interests, needs, and availability. All tutors will undergo a background check. Families will be responsible for coordinating meetings with and paying their tutor. If you would like to coordinate with another family, we can facilitate chevrutah (paired learning), but families must coordinate this themselves by choosing a friend and aligning their schedules.
Students in the 9:30am-11:00am Kollel cohort are invited to schedule tutoring sessions on Saturday morning after Kollel.
If you would like to be matched with a tutor for the 2022-23 school year, please complete this form.
If you have any questions or would like to access the complete curriculum without a tutor this fall, please email me at liora@newsynagogueproject.org.
Describe your general availability and scheduling needs. Would you prefer in-person tutoring, or online? If you would like in-person tutoring, should it be in your home, or in a public setting? If your child is enrolled at Kollel, would you prefer same-day tutoring? Which days or times are most convenient for your family? (You don't have to have this all figured out now - feel free to answer as much or as little as you wish to.)
